Flat Rate Shipping & Handling*

*After all discounts. Some products do not qualify for our flat rate shipping. Some orders may be too large or heavy to qualify for flat rate, expedited shipping methods or we may add an oversized surcharge to the shipping fee. If you return an order, we will deduct our actual postage cost from the refund amount.

We ship everywhere in the United States of America.

Tell me about same day shipping?

If you place your order before 2PM CT, we will process and ship your order the same day (except weekends and holidays).

We give your order to the shipping carrier the same day that you place the order. Your package will not arrive the same day that you place your order.

How long does an order take to arrive?

While exact arrival times very per shipment due to varies factors its estimated 5-10 business days.

• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Saturday, Sunday, and Federal holidays are not considered business days.

Returns

Are purchases refundable?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

What if I am not happy with my product?

We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item. In this case we may arrange for you to return the item for an exchange or replacement. All sales are final and non-refundable however in some circumstances we may exchange the product or issue store credit once the item is returned in original condition. Please contact us to discuss.

Exchanges

We cannot exchange any product if it has been opened. Also, we cannot accept exchanges on food items.

If an item arrives damaged

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are often collected on shipments sent outside the United States. These fees are paid directly to the customs agencies in the destination country. These fees cannot be refunded if you wish to return an item.

Initiating a return

Please contact us to request a return. You will need an RMA #.  We will not accept a return without an RMA number.

Tips for packing your return

We suggest that if you are using our packing material to return the item that you double-check that it is closed securely. This is especially important for items that we initially shipped in a padded envelope. The self-sealing glue is only meant to be used once, so make sure that you tape down the flap.

Please note that RJA FUN cannot be held responsible for damage to products that occurs from improper packing.

The original shipping fee is not refunded

Regrettably, we are unable to refund the shipping fee for any returns. We fully recognize that you may not have been satisfied with the item or might have inadvertently ordered the incorrect one, but absorbing the shipping cost simply would leave a unpleasant aftertaste.
